Member Charter
Subspace and the Denver Sound Society are a private social club and 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the preservation, education, and advancement of sound and electronic music and its culture in Denver, Colorado, USA. Our mission is to provide a curated environment where technical expertise and cultural expression intersect. We believe that the future of electronic music depends on the safety and inclusion of all participants, particularly those from marginalized communities who birthed this movement. We are committed to high-fidelity sound, artistic integrity, and the nurturing of a community built on mutual respect and creative and technical exploration.

Subspace is a private, members-only social club operated by the Denver Sound Society. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for violations of our Code of Conduct.

Liability Waiver
Waiver of Liability and Release I, the undersigned Member, acknowledge that my participation in events at Subspace is voluntary. General Release: I waive any and all claims against the organizers, property owners, staff, and volunteers for personal injury, property theft, or accidental loss occurring on the premises.

Organization Rules
Ethos: We have zero tolerance for harassment, racism, sexism, ageism, or gender identity discrimination, sexual identity discrimination, violence, and non-consensual touching or gazing. If you see something, say something to our monitors or staff. BYOB Policy: Members may bring a reasonable amount of alcohol for personal consumption (e.g., one 6-pack or one 750ml bottle). No "community bars" or sharing with non-household members. No Underage Access: You must be 21+ to enter. Valid ID is required for every visit, regardless of membership status. Sound Hygiene: Respect the neighbors. Keep voices low when entering or exiting the venue. No "tailgating" or drinking in the street or parking lot. No Unauthorized Recording: Respect the privacy of our performers and members. No photography or device use of any kind in the main room area; professional video requires prior approval. Consent is mandatory for any person in the viewing area of your device. Little Trace: Please leave as little trace as possible, this is a community space, please treat it like your own.

Terms and Conditions
Membership Duration: Memberships are valid for one month from the date of approval. Data Privacy: We will never sell your data. Multipass data is used solely for membership verification and event safety. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any member who appears overly intoxicated, even if they have a valid ticket. Revocation: Membership may be terminated without refund for a breach of the Charter or Rules.

Refund Policy
No Refunds. As a non-profit social club, all membership dues and event contributions are final and go directly toward supporting our educational programs and venue costs. Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to other active members via the Multipass platform only. Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the organizers, a credit will be issued for a future event.
